All pieces are handmade and customized therefore there is a No Refund Policy on all jewelry sales.
I package all jewelry very carefully and securely so no items should arrive damaged.
In the event a piece has been shipped to you and it arrives damaged.
1) a photo should be sent immediately on the day it was shipped
2) An email with the photo attachment on that same day it was shipped should be sent to
3)The Headline should read ' Re: Broken Jewelry' and in the body your Name, Date of purchase and brief description of what occurred
4) Even in this case it is at my digression based off of the photo you send whether a refund will take place
